Data Analyst

About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst who can analyze and process financial data. The ideal candidate should have strong logic-building capabilities and good communication skills to collaborate effectively.

As part of the Data Analysis Team, your responsibilities will include:

1. Data Analysis & Automation:

➢ Analyze multiple datasets to identify logic, correlations, and patterns.

➢ Perform in-depth financial data analysis and automate reconciliation using our software.

2. Data Processing & Transformation:

➢ Write logic to clean, transform, and enrich data.

➢ Develop logic to join datasets and perform complex calculations.

➢ Identify and classify correct and incorrect scenarios within data.

3. Data Quality Assurance:

➢ Ensure data accuracy, validate inconsistencies, and rectify errors.

➢ Collaborate with the development team to enhance data integrity and reliability.

4. Financial Reconciliation & Reporting:

➢ Create financial reconciliation models to improve data accuracy.

➢ Generate reports and MIS to support business decision-making.

5. Client Support & Collaboration:

➢ Act as the primary contact for client inquiries related to data analysis and reconciliation.

➢ Understand client requirements and provide expert guidance on reconciliation solutions.

6. Continuous Learning & Development:

➢ Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

➢ Enhance skills through training and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

● Strong logic-building and problem-solving skills.

● Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, R, etc.).

● Familiarity with SQL is advantageous.

● Ability to test and validate logic before implementation.

● A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

● Strong communication skills. The ability to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively to various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.

● Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving business needs.
