Data Entry Operator

Job Description:

Reporting to the shift in charge, the Manufacturing Data Entry, you will play a role in supporting the manufacturing operations by accurately entering and maintaining data related to production, inventory, and quality assurance.

Role & responsibilities

• Enter and update manufacturing data into computer systems with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain and update electronic records and databases, ensuring completeness and correctness of information
• Assist in recording production output, including quantities produced, defects, and downtime
• Monitor and update inventory levels to support production planning and scheduling
• Input data related to quality inspections, testing results, and compliance documentation

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proficiency in data entry software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
