AI/ML Data Engineer (7-10 yrs)

Person Specification :

Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality.

Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution.

Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Job Description :

- Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services.

- Create a proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production-ready quality.

- Apply GenAI models as part of the solution.

- Utilize deep learning techniques and neural networks.

- Design and develop chatbots for various applications.

- Proficiency in Machine Learning.

- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.

- Hands-on implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms.

- Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity.

- Working with NLP, developing and deploying AI models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Build predictive models, develop advanced algorithms that extract and classify information from large datasets quantify model performance.

- Evaluate emerging technologies that may contribute to our analytical platform Identify and exploit new patterns in data using various techniques.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Requires active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems Work with developers to integrate front end with backend.

- Should know about crunching billions of datapoints for statistical modeling, data mining for insights and recommendation solutions.

- Sound understanding of microservices, REST architecture, SQL/NoSQL, Vector Databases.

Education Requirements :

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering.

Required Skills and Experience :

- A minimum of 7+ years of experience in NLP.

- Possess a strong educational background in computer science, mathematics, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful AI-driven solutions.

- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of personal integrity.

- Ability to work independently, deliver high quality output under time pressure and prioritize competing workloads.

- Ability to co-operate and influence within teams of different culture.

- Strong problem solving & organization skills.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Strong coding ability in Python and hands-on experience ML/AI libraries (PyTorch/TensorFlow), GenAI Frameworks (LangChain/LlamaIndex).
