Job Description

Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, providing guidance, support, and career development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

Drive the adoption of best practices in data engineering, ensuring high standards for data quality, security, and compliance.

Design and implement scalable, reliable, and efficient data pipelines to process large volumes of data from various sources.

Develop and maintain ETL processes to transform raw data into structured, highquality data sets.

Optimize data infrastructure and architecture to support advanced analytics and machine learning models.

Ensure data integrity and availability by implementing robust monitoring and alerting systems.

Define the data engineering roadmap and strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance data capabilities.

Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Desired Profile:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with database technologies (e.g., MySQL,PostgreSQL, Oracle).
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift,BigQuery).
