Associate - E-publishing and XML Conversion

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle XML and ePub file conversions, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues encountered during the conversion process.
• Collaborate with team members to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the conversion process.
• Provide training and support to junior team members on best practices and technical expertise.
• Work to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in XML and ePub conversion.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address issues during the conversion process.
• Excellent language skills, specifically in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to execute processes effectively and train other team members.
• Bachelors degree is mandatory.
