Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain the company's master data set, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business operations.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track business performance.
- Analyze data to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement data quality checks and processes to ensure data integrity.
- Develop and deliver regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, summarizing key findings and insights.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms.
- Communicate complex data findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues and anomalies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve data collection processes.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments (e.g, operations, business development, marketing) to understand their data needs.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on data analysis best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Effectively communicate data findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks and challenges.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a strong understanding of data analysis methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong SQL and data querying skills.
- Experience with data mining techniques and predictive modeling (preferred).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to handle pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
