OYO Rooms - Data Analyst (2-5 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :

- Ability to understand a problem statement and implement analytical solutions & techniques to drive business decisions (focusing on Conversion, Realization & ROI)

- Provide analysis support on project, new initiatives and strategic decisions.

- Create interactive dashboards to track channel performance metrics and other key indicators

- Perform data mining and analysis using tools including MS Excel, MySQL, SQL, Python and R to identify trends and develop forecasts, as well as identify opportunities for productivity improvement

- Identify and lead projects to improve business performance. Develop and maintain metrics that provide granular explanations of Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly business report trends

- Drive conversion and realization metrics through data driven insights

- Data support in funnel metric tracking at country/region/city/channel level

Key Skills :

- Expert level proficiency in SQL and at least one of: R and Python with more than 2 years of experience.

- Ability to break down complex problems into smaller components and explore relevant techniques to solve them effectively.

- Strong ability to discover effective solutions to complex problems through data analysis and analytical thinking.

- Proficient in creating dashboards and visualizations to track and communicate key performance metrics

- Ability to lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance outcomes

- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate project needs and collaborate with global teams across different time zones.

- Experience in project management, financial analysis and leading cross-functional initiatives
