Job Description

Role:

The successful candidate will have L1 reporting to Manager Business Analyst to be based out of Gurgaon with L2 reporting to AVP Flights Business. As a Data Analyst, candidate will assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to help make data-driven business decisions. The role require the candidate to be a quick learner, agile, persistent and have let s do it attitude.

Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and organize raw data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key findings.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
Perform data validation checks to ensure high-quality, error-free datasets.
Maintain clear documentation of data processes, methodologies, and workflows.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , google sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning).
Knowledge of SQL and ability to work with databases.
Basic understanding of statistic
