We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Environmental, Social & Governance Data Analyst

Business: Wealth & Personal Banking

Principal responsibilities

• Ensure the correct implementation of data ingestion and onboarding in relevant Front Office systems, such as Refinitiv, Bloomberg, and HSBC Analytics
• Verify and maintain data quality through systematic checks, ensuring oversight of the datas location, aggregation, and availability
• Conduct complex data analysis, explore methods to enhance data quality, and prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modelling
• Establish a centralized global data repository and disseminate ESG-related models through appropriate systems
• Use both structured and unstructured existing data to develop a proprietary ESG scoring framework, carry out research, generate governance signals, and create visual representations of these scores
• Assist with the execution and development of the in-house Voyager tool, including data normalisation
• Collaborate with ESG vendors on mapping rules, data quantity and quality, all in relation to data oversight
