Data Analyst, WW Returns & Recommerce

We are seeking an experienced L4 Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with expertise in SQL, Tableau, and data mining techniques. This role will focus on extracting valuable insights from complex datasets, creating compelling visualizations, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key job responsibilities
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business value
Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction and analysis
Create and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
Implement and optimize data mining techniques to extract meaningful information from diverse data sources
Conduct ad-hoc analyses and present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner
Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits and data cleansing processes
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analysis and visualization

Returns Policy Governance (RPG) is an initiative of WW RR&S that is dedicated removing friction in customers pre- & post-purchase journey with simple & consistent returns policy through contextual communication at multiple touch points. Besides, we endeavor to build a strong enforcement function to preserve CX, mitigate risk & avoid policy abuse.

Bachelor s degree or higher. 5+ years of relevant experience in either business consulting, supply chain, transportation, logistics, retail, or similar field High analytical and rigorous approach to problem solving skills: able to produce, interpret and draw conclusions from data. Cross-functional project management experience. Skilled at gathering functional requirements and converting those into a realistic, detailed functional spec and project plan.
