Data Analyst - Monitoring & Evaluation

Role & responsibilities

1. Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources related to our mental health programs and interventions

2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and program outcomes

3. Conduct statistical analyses to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of our mental health initiatives

4. Create designs and formats to support data collection methods and metrics for new and existing programs.

5. Assist in the development of data-driven strategies to improve program efficacy and reach

6. Providing data analysis and visualizations

7. Identify trends and patterns in mental health data to inform decision-making and resource allocation

8. Ensure data quality, integrity, and confidentiality in compliance with relevant regulations.

9. Present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders in clear, actionable formats

Preferred candidate profile

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science

2. 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare or mental health sectors

3. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., R, Python, SQL, Excel)

4. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

5. Strong understanding of statistical methods and their application in impact evaluation

6. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

7. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

8. Experience working with sensitive health data and understanding of data privacy regulations
