Do job posting or free ad on free job portals like updazz, IIMJobs, Career Builder , Naukrietc.
Paid Job Posting like naukri, shine, timesjobsetc
Social media posting or sharing like Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Resume Screening, from Various Job Portals like Naukri. Shine etc.
Direct cold calling Interview
Interview Candidates for Prospective Line Staff Positions, HR Intial Round
Responsible for hiring Jr. Level, Senior Level, Middle Level Recruitment Mainly for Non IT/ IT Industries
Responsible to take HR intial round screening
Ensure awareness of HR Policies and Procedures.
Make Sure the Joining Maintain the Records of Joining, daily report, interview drive followup.
Negotiating Pay and Salary Rates and Finalizing Arrangements
Coordinate with Recruitment Manager for any inquiry, Responsible for Team Managment, Sales Target Achivment .

Required Skills :
Excellent communication skill in English (Verbal & Written)
Computer Knowledge (MS-Excel, Word & Outlook).
