Role & responsibilities :

1. Overall responsible as Head of department for Tablet & Capsule.

2. Tablet & Capsule production planning, monitoring and achieving targets.

3. GMP & cGMP- implementation, monitor & control.

4. Documentations & document reviewing.

5. Follow up for constraints in streamlining productivity.

6. On job training to staffs & workers.

7. Process cycle time analysis and process optimization.

8. Monthly MIS reports & Presentations.

9. Cost saving analysis & implementations.

10. Resources planning for cost saving projects.

11. Capacity improvements and plans for projection.

12. Work out budgetary requirements considering AOP.

13. Risk identifications, assessment, mitigation plan and its implementation.

14. Improving steps for improvising quality index.

15. Fulfilment of new setup requirements.
