JOB DESCRIPTION:

1) To Check Daily Noon reports, send by vessels and to validate reports in company database.

2) Communicate with vessels through emails exchange for correction of reports & Missing reports / Documents.

3) To check Deck and Engine Log Books / Bunker delivery note / Bill of Lading / Bunker Survey reports and upload on Company SharePoint library.

4) Maintain record for Statement of Compliance for (Imo Dcs) and Document of Compliance for (MRV) documents for company fleet .

5) To Prepare Emission report for Mrv and Imo dcs reports for R.O Audit.

6) To Maintain Department SharePoint library.

7) Check Monthly / Quarterly / Annual reports in internal database and provide reports to technical department as per request.

8) To conduct training of Master / Chief Engineer / Officers.

EXPERIENCE AND RELEVANT SKILLS :

• Basic knowledge of the shipping.
• Computer literacy - Excellent Excel / Power Point.
• An ability to work to deadlines.
• An ability to work fast (but without mistakes)
• Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Must be able to work in a team based environment and to work with all levels of people.
• Resourceful, meticulous, well-organized and ability to work independently.
• Confident and comfortable with handling confidential data.
• Possess a mature personality with interpersonal and organizational skills.
