Roles and Responsibilities

• Independent Preparation of working/computation for filing Income Tax Returns
• Preparation of Tax Audit Report - 3CA/3CB & 3CD
• Preparation of Statutory Audit Report and CARO report
• Preparation of IT Return for Tax Audit Clients
• Preparation of Financials in Schedule III of the Companies Act
• Handling and Guiding Junior Staff Members

Desired Candidate Profile

• Actual exposure to preparation of Income Tax Returns, Tax and Statutory Audit
• Hands-on experience in Preparation of 3CD
• Good exposure to Tally & Excel
• Must have 1-year experience post Article ship experience of independently handling Income Tax and/or Audit
• Technical experience related to the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and Excel
