Regional Sales Manager(Generic & OTC Medicine products)

Role & responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development:
  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
• Dealer Appointment and Management: Identify and appoint qualified dealers across various locations in Gujarat. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales goals. Monitor dealer performance and provide necessary support to enhance sales productivity.
• Market Research and Product Portfolio Management: Conduct market research to understand regional demand, competition, and customer needs. Provide insights and recommendations for adding new products to the portfolio based on market demand. Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment with market needs and trends.
