Associate General Manager - Business Finance (Shared Services)

• Lead and manage the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for Shared Services.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Work closely with various business units to assess financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee financial analysis and cost control initiatives to improve overall financial efficiency.
• Implement financial controls and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive cost efficiencies and profitability.
• Manage financial risk by analyzing trends and potential impacts on the business.
