Role Overview:

As a Tech Lead, you will guide the development team in building scalable e-commerce solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and oversee both backend and frontend development. You will ensure the stability and scalability of applications, mentor junior developers, and stay current with industry trends. The ideal candidate should possess a go-getter mentality, be open to feedback, and focused on team development. They should also think creatively to solve problems rather than accepting the status quo.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the development team, architecting and implementing scalable e-commerce solutions using Node.js, MongoDB, Elastic Search, and Angular.

- Ensure application stability and scalability on AWS, addressing performance and system issues proactively.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with product management, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products, managing project timelines effectively.

- Innovate and implement creative solutions to technical challenges, promoting a culture of proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role, with proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and bash scripting.

- Expertise in backend and frontend development, with a strong understanding of REST APIs, the Express framework, and AWS services.

- Proficiency in MongoDB and Elastic Search, with excellent project management and problem-solving skills.

- Open to feedback, with a go-getter mentality and a focus on team development.
