Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development:
• Assist in conceptualizing and developing architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Create detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models using design software.
• Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure design objectives are met.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors during the execution phase to maintain design integrity.
• Documentation:
• Prepare detailed construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Site Visits:
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Address on-site challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Research and Development:
• Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and construction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from an accredited institution.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in architectural design or related roles.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural design software.
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge: Understanding of building codes, construction methods, and sustainable design principles.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and teams.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to produce precise and accurate designs and documentation.
