Training and Orientation:

Intensive pre-service training to prepare fellows for classroom instruction.

Classroom Placement:

Fellows are placed in high-need schools, often in economically disadvantaged communities.
They may teach a variety of subjects and grade levels depending on their academic background and the school's needs.

Teaching Commitment:

Fellows typically commit to teach for at least two years.
During this time, they work towards obtaining necessary teaching credentials.

Support and Mentorship:

Fellows receive support and mentorship from experienced teachers and program staff.
Regular check-ins and evaluations to assess progress and provide feedback.

Community Engagement:
