Shift Management: Overseeing front desk operations during assigned shifts, including managing check-ins, check-outs, and guest interactions.
Training and Development: Providing training and orientation to new front office staff, ensuring they understand procedures and service standards.
Guest Relations: Handling escalated guest issues, ensuring effective problem resolution, and maintaining positive guest relations.
Quality Control: Ensuring adherence to company policies, service standards, and procedures to provide a consistent guest experience.
Reporting: Preparing reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback, and sharing insights with management.
Scheduling: Creating and managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage at the front desk.
