Nursing Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and caring Female Nursing Officer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent patient care and supporting our medical staff. If you are a dedicated nurse with good communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors with patient care and follow their instructions.
• Draw blood samples from both children (3+ years) and adults.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, etc.).
• Perform RBS (blood sugar) and ECG tests.
• Ensure all medical equipment and emergency supplies are ready.
• Educate and guide patients about their health.
• Follow up with patients regarding their appointments and care.
• Assist with patient admissions to hospitals.
• Maintain accurate patient records using our electronic system (EMR).
• Handle insurance-related follow-ups and queries (TPAs).
• Follow international healthcare guidelines (NHS, CDC, WHO).
• Communicate with patients through phone and online channels.
• Manage clinic inventory and order supplies.
• Keep track of medical records, prescriptions, and tests.

Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience with OPD (Outpatient Department) procedures is a plus.
• Proficient in drawing blood samples (pediatric and adult).
• Ability to perform ECG and RBS tests.
• Knowledge of medical record keeping using EMR software.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, email).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to follow healthcare guidelines.
• Should be able to work in team.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nursing Officer.

Education:

• BSc. (Nursing) or GNM.

Compliance:

• Must be registered with the Delhi Nursing Council (DMC).
• Female Candidates only.
