• We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at Cyntexa
• As a UI/UX Designer, you will have a pivotal role in designing user interfaces that are both intuitive and visually appealing
• Your primary focus will be on developing seamless user experiences, incorporating valuable user feedback, and ensuring that the functionality of our applications aligns seamlessly with user needs
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, perceptive, and captivating designs

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field.

• Having a strong understanding of software development principles, coding languages (such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS)

• Hands-on experience through internships, projects, or relevant work experience

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.

• Prepare design documentation, including design rationale, style guides, and UI specifications.

• Analyze user feedback and incorporate insights to improve design solutions.

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas.

• Design user flows and interactions that enhance the overall user experience.

• Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces aligned with the overall brand aesthetic.

• Present and articulate design concepts and rationale to internal teams and stakeholders.

• Ensure consistency in design elements and contribute to the development of design systems.

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.

• Create high-fidelity mock-ups and design assets.

• Conduct usability testing to validate and refine design solutions.

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

• Strong understanding of user interface design principles, user experience concepts, and design thinking methodologies.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.

• Strong understanding of user interface design principles and enhancement of user experience

• Familiarity with front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.

• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and iconography.

• Experience developing and maintaining design systems for consistency across digital products.

• Adapt to changing project requirements and work comfortably in agile or iterative environments.

• Design thinking approach with a focus on solving real user problems.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Understanding the Salesforce Lightning Design System would be a plus.

• Have a keen eye for detail to ensure pixel-perfect designs and a high-quality user experience.

• Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
