International Voice Process Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle international calls from clients across various countries, including Australian.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  
• Work on a rotational shift schedule, including evenings (Australian time zone) and weekends as required.
  
• Meet performance targets for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in an international voice process or similar industry.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English language proficiency.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  

Strong problem-solving skills to handle complex customer issues.
