Senior Electrical Engineer - ATE

Must have 10-12 years of experience in the electrical domain with exposure to ATE (Automated Test Equipment) electrical design

• Good Knowledge of electrical panel arrangement, electrical schematics, single and multi-line diagrams, and cable harnesses

• Good knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet, CAN, RS232, RS485, UART, USB, ARINC 429, etc.)

• Good knowledge of electrical design for various applications

• Good knowledge of electrical component selection like MCBs, relays, cables, power supplies, loads, etc.

• Good knowledge of equipment selection for DMMs, AC/DC power sources, electronic loads, etc.

• Good experience in panel and field wiring, and cable routing plans

• Experience in electrical cabinet/ATE rack design using EPLAN Pro Panel or CAD software

• Expertise in selecting National Instruments (NI), PLC-based control systems

• Expertise in electrical designing of National Instruments (NI), PLC-based hardware integrating systems

• Expertise in selecting different types of sensors

• Strong knowledge of aerospace and defence multi-function testing domain

• Strong knowledge in PCB functionality testing and LRU-level testing design

• Basic knowledge of LabVIEW software architecture and NI Max

• Good experience in safety concept design and hardware interlock logic

• Good knowledge of power calculations for 1-phase and 3-phase systems, load distribution, and load bank calculations

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Open to working in cross-functional teams

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills in English
