Change Management Engineer

Responsibilities:

·        Lead and execute design and engineering changes according to harmonized procedures.

·        Maintain product data including DHF (Design History File) and DMR (Device Master Record) of medical products. Part BOM lists, drawings, masterlist, changes, test results.

·        Develop and support execution of overall integrated change management plan

·        Coordinate closely with project office, communications and market & workstream leads to align on actions for increasing change adoption

·        Develop change management capabilities through structured methodology, toolset and guidance.

 

Skills and experience:

·        Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

·        3 to 5 years experience and expertise in the area of Change Management.

·        Experienced user of Windchill cPLM (common Product Lifecylce Management).

·        Quality mindset.

·        Good communicator and capable to get things done from multiple stakeholders from different professions. Norm compliance, engineering leads, procurement, supplier quality, packaging.

·        Likes to work in an operational atmosphere within R&D according defined processes.

·        Has affinity with agile and lean.

·        Experienced user of Excel, and likes to automate work.

·        Team player, who leads by example and feels responsibility also beyond his own role.

·        Result oriented and self-steering with a problem solving attitude.

·        Excellent documentation skills.

·        Teaching and being buddies for juniors.

·        Good understanding of Configuration Management.
