Job Summary:
CYC Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and implement result-driven online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should be experienced in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content creation, with a strong analytical mindset to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
• Plan and optimize SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
• Create engaging content marketing strategies, including blogs, articles, email campaigns, and social media posts.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing tools.
• Manage and grow social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and improve conversions.
• Optimize website performance with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to create compelling creatives and landing pages.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and implement best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or event industries.
• Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital ad platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of content marketing and copywriting.
• Experience with WordPress, HTML, or basic web development skills is a plus.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
