As an Admission Counselor at Cyboard School, you will be an essential part of our team, helping to attract and enroll new students. This entry-level role is perfect for freshers looking to begin their career in sales.

Key Responsibilities :

- Reach out to prospective parents and provide information about our school's programs, including the benefits and value of Cyboard School to parents.

- Work with provided leads to generate contacts and convert them into admissions.

- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets by turning leads into enrolled students.

- Follow up on inquiries, and track progress towards sales closure.

- Address inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and empathetic manner.

- Stay informed about educational trends and industry developments.

- Be digitally equipped to use various software, including CRM tools, effectively.

Qualifications :

- Undergraduate or Graduate degree.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Eager to learn and develop negotiation and persuasion abilities.

- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to achieving sales targets.

- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.

- Willingness to work 6 days a week. Monday to Saturday.
