Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of paid advertising campaigns, from strategy development to execution, monitoring, and optimization.
- Develop and implement sophisticated campaign strategies using advanced techniques such as Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing (SMM), and programmatic advertising.
- Utilize platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads to create and manage high-performing campaigns across various channels, including search, display, video, and social media.
Client Collaboration:
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, target audience, and marketing budgets.
- Translate client objectives into actionable and measurable campaign strategies.
- Present campaign performance reports to clients, providing clear and concise insights and recommendations for future improvements.
Performance Optimization:
- Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on investment (ROI).
- Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and implement optimizations to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting options to identify the most effective combinations.
Research & Innovation:
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the digital marketing landscape.
- Research and identify new opportunities and strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve client goals.
- Explore and implement innovative advertising techniques, such as programmatic advertising, influencer marketing, and video advertising.
Team Leadership:
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on campaign management, data analysis, and industry best practices.
Key Skills:
Paid Advertising Expertise:
- Deep understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, including their features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Proven experience in managing successful search, display, video, and social media campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).
Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Creativity & Innovation:
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative advertising strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and overcome challenges.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Google Ads Certification (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g.,, Google Analytics, Social Media Marketing) (optional)
