Job Description
- Collaborate with business users to understand their data and reporting needs.
- Analyze and document business requirements for BI solutions.
- Design and develop data models that support business reporting and analytics.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency in data models.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.
- Monitor and optimize ETL performance.
- Create interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).
- Customize and enhance existing reports to meet evolving business needs.
- Work with database administrators to optimize database performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and ensure data solutions align with organizational goals.
- Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and solutions.
- Document data models, ETL processes, and report specifications.
- Maintain documentation for future reference and team collaboration.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in BI and analytics.
- Years of experience - 0 - 3
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Equivalent field or experience.
- Proven experience as a BI Developer or similar role.
