We are seeking a high-performing Technical Recruiter to join our team. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring cybersecurity professionals to meet the growing needs of our business. This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity roles and the ability to identify candidates with the right skills and experience

What you'll do:. Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract cybersecurity professionals

Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to source potential candidates

Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process

Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice in the cybersecurity field through various branding initiatives

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Compliance: Maintain compliance with all employment laws and regulations

What you’ll bring:. Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting for IT and cybersecurity roles

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong understanding of cybersecurity roles and requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency with Bamboo HRIS

SHRM-CP or PHR certifications is preferred
