Job Description
We are hiring a passionate, creative, and user-experience focused UI/UX and Visual Designer to join a collaborative and innovative team to create a delightful and easy-to-use digital product in a fast-paced environment.
You will create functional and appealing features that address our client s needs and help us grow our customer base.
Responsibilities: - Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
- Creating user flows, storyboards & wireframes
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces
- Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components
- Creating original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
- Collaborating effectively with the product, engineering, and management teams
- Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design to enhance user experience
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
- You have a degree/diploma in Design or Fine Arts.
- You have a strong portfolio showcase.
- You are a critical thinker, problem solver and customer-centered.
- Some knowledge of usability factors in Human-Computer Interaction.
- You are proficient in Figma s design and prototyping tools, including the creation of interactive prototypes and complex design systems.
- You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of After Effects / Premiere Pro will be a plus.
- Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
- You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics.
- You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your
- Ideas, designs, and suggestions.
- You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
