Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Adhere to all safety rules & regulation of company. Adhere to service operation stander operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Maintain Each and every unit as per company's safety & Quality standards by performing preventive maintenance focus code (F) as per code book as well as small repairs where require.
  • Attend call backs as well perform Root cause Analysis of Call back to reduce call rate and 3/30.
  • Perform ASSA & Annual Product Safety Audit to identify the latest safety hazards.
  • Perform product corrective Instructions/Special Enhancement Tasks.
  • Payment collection for private customer (applicable only for routes selected for this task)
  • Maintenance contract renewal for private customer (applicable only for routes selected for this tasks)
  • Optional as per situation & requirement
  • Support to major repair work, night / 2nd shift, stand by duty
  • Support to other route for PM, call backs
  • Attending training, TBTs, review calls/meetings
  • Arrange material in advance as per upcoming PM code & repair task.
  • Attending internal & external audits.

Accountable

  • Any kind of job site accidents, incidences, near misses & safety hazards because of not adherence to the safety rules & regulations or Standard Operating Procedures of Service operation.
  • Monthly 100% completion of preventive maintenance focus code as per schedule.
  • Monthly 100% completion of Annual Product audits & ASSA of unit under his route as per schedule
  • Any kind of quality & safety issues related to maintenance quality
  • Overall performance of units under his route i.e. Quality of preventive maintenance (focus code), call rate, 2/7, 3/30
  • Customer satisfaction score of routes i.e. NPS (net promoter score)
  • To improve safety & quality bar of his route by completing PCIs, FLs, ASSA points audit points & other enhancement program points such as SQEP etc.
  • Timely payment collection of private customers under his route (applicable only for routes selected for this task)
  • Timely contract renewal of private customer under his route (applicable only for routes selected for this task)
