Job Purpose:

We are looking for Inbound Customer Service Representative to communicate with our customers inbound or outbound calls to sell our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls from both current and prospective customers who are calling to avail our services or ask questions about the same.

• Easily navigate through our CRM and other portals.

• Using basic sales techniques, understand customers needs to receive all required information and sell our services.

•Capture customers details and create orders in CRM.
