Front Office Executive / Customer Care Executive / Billing Executive /

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in patients with a professional and courteous attitude.
• Handle patient registrations and ensure accurate sample documentation.
• Coordinate with B2B clients for sample collections and related queries.
• Manage billing processes efficiently and maintain records.
• Perform general front-office and documentation tasks.

Key Requirements:

• Pleasing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Kannada and English is mandatory.
• Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in customer service, front office, or billing in the healthcare/diagnostics industry is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of computers and documentation processes.

Shift Timings: 8.5-hour rotational shifts (rotational weekly offs)
