Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION (JD) FOR INNOVATION HUB EXECUTIVE
Work Location: ACT FIBERNET 3rd floor, Golden heights, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru
Industry: Telecom and internet
Education & Experience: Any Graduate (fresher or experienced)
Timing: 7:30 am 10:00 pm (9 hrs of working hours on rotational shifts and rotational week offs)
Package:
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
- Good interpersonal skills
- English language is mandatory
- Minimum 2 regional languages of Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu)
Job Description:
- To provide customer satisfaction on every call / e-mail.
- To ensure closure of the ticket / e-mail within the prescribed TAT.
- To provide speedy resolution.
- Willingness to work in rotational offs & rotational Shifts
- To resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
- Around 120 mails/day and 30-40 calls
- Also take care of upsell of products to existing customers
- Handle Inbound calls of call centre during business exigency
