Job Summary:

Responsible for building high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical design. Design, modify, develop, write and implement software programming applications. Support and/or install software applications. Key participant in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle; Document and demonstrate solutions; Develops flow charts, layouts and documentation.
• Determine feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions; Understand business needs and know how to create the tools to manage them.
• Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards and programming.
• Recommend state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques and computing equipment; participate in educational opportunities; read professional publications; maintain personal networks; participate in professional organizations; remain passionate about great technologies, especially open source.
• Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and issues while protecting IT assets by keeping information confidential; Improve applications by conducting systems analysis recommending changes in policies and procedures.
• Define applications and their interfaces, allocate responsibilities to applications, understand solution deployment, and communicate requirements for interactions with solution context, define Nonfunctional Requirements (NFRs) Understands multiple architectures and how to apply architecture to solutions; understands programming and testing standards; understands industry standards for traditional and agile development Provide oversight and foster Built-In Quality and Team and Technical Agility; Adopt new mindsets and habits in how people approach their work while supporting decentralized decision making.

*Qualifications for Candidates:

Education, Licenses, Certifications: 
College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. 

Experience: 
Experience working as a software engineer with the following knowledge and experiences are preferred: 

-Looking for Mulesoft Administration with experience minimum of 5+ years.
- Working in Agile environments; 
- Fundamental IT technical skill sets; 
- Taking a system from coping requirements through actual launch of the system; 
- Communicating with users, other technical teams and management to collect requirements, identify tasks, provide estimates and meet production deadlines; 
- Professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations.

-Good understanding of API architecture and various components associated with lifecycle of API development, runtime and control plane, gateway, proxy, policies.
-Proficient in MuleSoft suite of products deployment, provisioning, maintenance, debugging, tuning and troubleshooting.
-Good understanding of MuleSoft development practices, experience in building utilities to manage any Integration platform like MuleSoft, TIBCO.
-Experience on building automation using any scripting language shell, ant, Perl or python.
-Good knowledge of, Jenkins, CI/CD pipeline setup, enhancement, troubleshooting issues.
-Good understanding of containerization, versioning, code merging and Release Management principles.
-Knowledge of Alerting, monitoring, profiling of MuleSoft or similar Integration stack tool.
-Good understanding of networking, infrastructure, scalability, availability aspects w.r.t to a products landscape.
-Knowledge RTF on self-managed K8s, provisioning, maintenance, AWS cloud provisioning and its components is a big plus.
-Experience in maven usage, SQL query, MuleSoft Administration.
-Knowledge of Linux/Unix Administration.
-Knowledge of scalability, HA, DR concepts and their application in a product. 
-Mindset to work on POCs, building and enhancing utilities, reusable components as part of C4E group within the organization.
