Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator with strong proficiency in English to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in preparing quotes and responding to customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication to support our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate detailed and accurate quotes based on customer requirements and internal pricing guidelines.
Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to gather necessary information for quote preparation.
Review and verify quote accuracy, ensuring all details are correct before submission.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels.
Address customer questions, provide product information, and resolve issues related to quotes or orders.
Maintain clear and effective communication with customers throughout the quote process.
Maintain accurate records of quotes, customer interactions, and related documentation.
Ensure all records are up-to-date and easily accessible for reference and follow-up.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
