You guide the team in understanding business requirements, provide technical guidance and motivate them to deliver projects successfully

You plan, design, integrate, develop, test, troubleshoot, deploy Salesforce solutions, write reusable test classes with best practices and ensure maximum code coverage.

You review the code, write unit tests, identify bugs and ensure debugging in accordance with the client s requirements. You also fix defects for in-use modules/ applications

You administer change requests, decide the effort estimation on tasks, and develop and maintain code for various SF applications
