As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts and contribute to the success of our product portfolio.
Job Overview: The Sales Manager for B2B Product Experience will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering a superior product experience to clients PAN India. This role requires an individual with strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote B2B products, driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Identify new sales leads through various channels and mediums.
• Conduct effective face to face and Virtual meetings
• Create inspirational sales proposals/presentations and pitch
• Handle entire sales process from lead generation through contract signing, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and continued satisfaction for clients.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, ensuring a seamless experience with the product from pre-sale through post-sale.
• Track and report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to senior leadership.
• Analyze sales data and client feedback to refine sales strategies and improve overall product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Plan, organize, execute and attend trade shows for the company to enhance visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. (Experience in amusement or fitness equipment industry would be the add-on.)
• Proven track record of sales success in a B2B environment, ideally with a product-based focus.
• Experience in managing sales cycles, including negotiations, presentations, and contract management.
• Strong experience in customer relationship management and product solution selling.
