We are looking for a dynamic and detail-orientedindividual to support CSD (Canteen Stores Department) & CPC (CentralPolice Canteen) operations. The role involves sales tracking, targetmanagement, staff coordination, and competitor analysis to ensure smoothoperations and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage secondary sales reports and track sales data daily.
- Drive and manage Customer Care Associates (CCAs) to meet assigned sales targets.
- Monitor and maintain attendance records of staff across locations.
- Analyze and track competitor schemes and new product launches to provide insights for strategic planning.
- Evaluate store-wise targets and assist in developing sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Support the hiring and onboarding process of new employees in coordination with HR.
Requirements Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in sales operations, retail, or backend sales support.
- Industry: Experience in retail, FMCG, or fashion/lifestyle brands is preferred.
Required Skills & Qualities:
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & data management tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple store operations efficiently.
- Proactive and result-oriented mindset.
