Senior Software Engineer - Data

We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our India Operations and play a crucial role in our mission to establish a world-class data engineering team within the Center for Data and Insights (CDI). In this role, you ll play a key part in building a cutting-edge, real-time data platform, designed to deliver insights at scale and power data-driven decision-making across our organization. Reporting to the Director of Data Engineering, your responsibilities will include collaborating with the data team and working on both backend microservices & frontend interfaces, crafting solutions that ensure data is processed, analyzed, and visualized in real time.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in Java, React, AWS/GCP, Kafka, and NoSQL databases to create robust and scalable components for our real-time platform. This position requires a proactive, self-driven individual who values outcomes over outputs and can work independently to achieve impactful results.
