As a Customer Service Executive you will converse with the customer via Whatsapp and calls Check with them for appointments and schedule it as per their convenience
Reminder calls for appointments
Provide accurate and detailed information to clients regarding services, appointment procedures, and any other inquiries
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, appointments scheduled, and follow-up actions taken
Ensure all client information is up-to-date and accurately recorded in the system
Adhere to established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
Requirements:
Fluent in English
Comfortable commuting to Nariman Point.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using scheduling and CRM tools
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Prior experience in Customer Experience process is a must with voice, chat and emails background
What you'll do:
Deliver first level of customer service via Whatsapp and calling the customer
Convert Whatsapp queries to appointments
Schedule appointments for customers
Follow up on additional appointments if required
Send reminders to customers for any appointments and vaccinations
