About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer to join our team at CrossAsyst.

As a SailPoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing identity and access management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the security and compliance of our client's IT environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement identity governance and administration solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

- Configure and customize IdentityIQ workflows, policies, and connectors.

- Develop custom connectors to integrate with various identity sources and target systems.

- Design and implement access certification processes to ensure access rights are appropriate and up-to-date.

- Configure and automate access certification workflows.

- Develop and maintain provisioning and de-provisioning rules to automate user provisioning and de-provisioning processes.

- Integrate IdentityIQ with various target systems to automate user provisioning and de-provisioning.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IdentityIQ.

- Provide technical support to end-users.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in IAM.

- Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IdentityIQ solutions.

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts.

- In-depth knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ, including its core components and configuration options.

- Proficiency in Java programming language.

- Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell).

- Knowledge of directory services (LDAP, Active Directory).

- Understanding of security protocols (SSO, SAML, OAuth).

- Experience with database systems (SQL, Oracle).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
