Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement..

- In-depth knowledge of CRM functional modules and features like sales, service, and marketing modules..

- Ability to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into CRM solutions..

- Experience in configuring and customizing CRM entities, forms, workflows, and reports..

- Proficiency in CRM data migration and integration with other systems..

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills..

- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities..

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
