Zensar Technologies - CRM Developer (4-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize CRM systems using platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot.

- Configure workflows, rules, and custom objects to automate processes and improve efficiency.

- Integrate CRM systems with other business applications, such as marketing automation, email marketing, and sales enablement tools.

- Import, clean, and maintain accurate customer data within the CRM system.

- Create and manage custom reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze customer behavior.

- Provide training and support to users on how to effectively use the CRM system.

- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues.

- Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and workflows.

- Implement new features and functionalities to enhance the CRM system's capabilities.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Strong understanding of CRM systems, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot

- Proficiency in programming languages like Apex, JavaScript, or Python

- Experience with data integration and ETL processes

- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts

- Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
