We are continuously in the process of creating new courses as well as improving our existing courses - Backend Developer Track, Fullstack Developer Track and QA Automation Track. 3 courses are currently in the creation phase,

1. Advanced SDE: For cracking SDE-2 roles at top product companies. Focus is on LLD, Machine coding and HLD
2. Data Analytics, MLOps & Data Engineering: For cracking Data Analyst & Data Engineer roles at top data-driven companies. Focus is on Data analysis and visualisation with Python, Model deployment, ETL, Big data, etc
3. AI Tools for Developers: For becoming an AI Software Engineer. Topics include OpenAI API, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Cursor IDE, crew.ai, etc

You will bring your software developer skills and create industry grade projects required for learning, improve them and create the BEST possible learning curriculum. You will be picking up the latest technologies/tech stacks required, as well as learn the nuances and gain in-depth working knowledge from Subject Matter Experts. These courses will make our learners gain practical experience of these concepts and become industry ready. You will also get to experience the end to end workings of a startup that is on a rapid growth path.

Role and Responsibilities

• High levels of ownership for the learning content being created.
• Create the best learning content with a razor sharp focus on improving learner outcomes. This should also ensure career outcomes for the learners.
• Design learning content for learners in-line with Crios Learn By Doing methodology.
• Pick up necessary technologies and concepts required for the courses.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts to ensure industry relevant topics are covered in a practical way.
• Explore new learning constructs and teaching methodologies to ensure better learning outcomes and engagement.
• Design slide decks for activity-based sessions to be delivered by our Instructors and make any improvements based on feedback.
• Get a good grip on the platform aspects of content creation (learning constructs, content creation templates, assessments etc).
• Define ways to measure learning outcomes and strive for continuous improvement.
• Analyze feedback from learners, mentors, creators and interviews, and address them to take the learning content and user experience to the next level.
• Be a problem solver - view the content from a learners perspective and bring meticulous attention to solving problems they may face, so that they can focus on learning.

Qualifications and Experience

• Passionate about learning new topics, helping others learn and changing lives
• Previous learning content creation experience, blogs,
• videos or EdTech related contributions is desirable
• Experience building applications at product companies
• Comfortable coding in at least two languages and conscious of code quality
• Have worked on a variety of projects spanning multiple aspects of software development (eg: Web development, Data Science, Cloud/DevOps, Frameworks/Libraries)
• Having a strong GitHub profile and open source contributions are a plus
• Having good exposure to DSA is a plus
• Ability to clearly articulate a technical concept/topic in a beginner friendly manner
• Mentoring experience is a plus
• 6months - 2yrs experience preferred
