Melting Shift supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible to keep ready the induction furnaces and ladles for operations.

Responsible to operate induction furnace.

Repsonsible to pour metal with respect to items in hand moulding and machine moulding.

Responsible to maintain chemical composition as per the requirment of grade of casting.

Responsible to achieve the set IATF objectives and targets.

Responsible to maintain high level 6S.

Key Authority

Capable of lining sintering the induction furnace.

TO control the rejection in shop floor.

Capable of calculating the charge composition for various grades.

Key Result :

To production target in melting.

To control the rejection in shop floor

To control the power consumption at melting.

Competencies:

Capable of controling the metal composition

Capable of maintaining high standads of 6 S
