Senior Technical Lead - Java/Python/Javascript (4-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage technical teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions that align with business goals.

- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.

- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical skills and ensure consistent growth.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.

- Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of all technical solutions.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into technical solutions when relevant.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 4-7 years of experience in software development and technical leadership.

- Strong expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

- Hands-on experience with modern frameworks like Spring Boot, Angular, or React.

- Proficiency in designing and implementing microservices-based architectures.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with database systems, both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).

- Solid knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.

- Experience in Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture and tools like Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.

- Familiarity with serverless architecture and functions.

- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of applications.

- Certifications in cloud platforms or relevant technologies are a plus
