Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
Section I: Basic information on the roleJob TitleProperty ManagerLocationDosti Oak

Key Accountabilities:

  • Single point of contact and head of property management for the site.
  • Responsible for maintenance of residential facilities , supervising housekeeping , engineering ( MEP ) , security services , club house , landscape maintenance and office administration.
  • Provide impeccable guest experience for public area including lobby , club house and common area by implementing best hospitality and housekeeping standards.
  • Responsible for Vendor Management, quote negotiations & invoicing in line with statutory compliance check.
  • Responsible for Team Performance including site induction of resources and mentoring
  • Responsible for coordination and management committee.
  • Responsible for handing over and taking over of facilities and services from project team .
  • Responsible to implement SOP for all verticals for the sites.
  • Implement timely AMC renewals and implement maintenance schedule to improve life of equipment and services.
  • Improve vendor performance by closely monitoring efficiency of resources and have plan in place of improvement.
  • Provide timely MIS including budget versus actual for Common Area Maintenance ( CAM ) cost.
  • Should be able to monitor the site sub- project & ensure timely completion of the same.
  • Improve internal rating score and maintain high standards for implementing process and documentation including checklist , SOP for site.
  • Responsible for Fire & safety for the Property .



Key Competencies

  • Minimum 2 years experience as Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager for reputed residential property.
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Hospitality , Facility Management or Property Management industry.
  • Should have sound knowledge to handle residential property administration responsibilities.
  • Good leadership and motivational skills

Section II: Job PurposeOverall Role Objective:

  • Purpose: Responsible for directing all facility personnel to assist in day- to-day operations of high end residential property.
  • Responsible for maintenance of residential facilities , supervising housekeeping, engineering (MEP ), day to day maintenance, assistance office administration



Requirements Educational QualificationsBachelor degree in Hotel Management ExperienceMinimum 2 years experience as Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager for reputed residential property.Key Competencies
